Classes

FIT
Train in a high energy group environment. These classes focus on building strength and endurance for life. All classes are led start-to-finish by an expert coach.

YOUTH
A variety of programs offered at different times throughout the year. Junior Varsity, Kids, and Teens classes are great for developing young athletes.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Work one-on-one with a professional coach or with a friend or two: the choice is yours! Sessions are completely custom and designed specifically for your goals.
