About Coach

I was always a super active kid. Whether it was in organized sports or simply playing outside with the neighborhood kids. My freshman year of high school I joined a weights class. This is when I really began to have a greater appreciation for everything the weight room can provide. I started to fall in love with training and it has stuck ever since.

Turning Point

After being a two sport varsity athlete in high school, I attended the University of Central Missouri to study Exercise Science. I did some really amazing classes and internships that helped me find myself as a coach and grow into this industry. I found Nexus in the summer of 2021 and quickly fell in love with this amazing community. All of the coaches here have such high standards for themselves and each other. It really provides the best experience as a coach to grow and continue to learn. We want all members to move well first and foremost! The members are incredible and I am honored that they have entrusted me to help them along in their fitness journey.

Motivation & Passion

I strive to help people of all ages get stronger and more confident in their abilities. I continue to learn with the industry to ensure that I am providing everyone with the best information I can gather.

Being outside in any way is my happy place. I try to spend as much time as I can camping, hiking, biking, or kayaking. If I'm not going on an adventure You can catch me doing something creative including painting, woodworking, refinishing furniture, or any other project I fine intriguing.
